Because our products are made on demand, we only offer refunds or replacements in specific cases.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns if:
 The item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
 You received the wrong item.

We do not accept returns for:
 Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection.
 Wear and tear from use.

2. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

• Provide your order number and photos of the issue.
• If approved, we’ll process a refund or send a replacement.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
