3. If approved, we'll process a refund or send a replacement at no additional cost

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

For Bitcoin payments via BTCPay Server, refunds may take slightly longer depending on network confirmation times.

In most cases, no. We'll review the photos you provide and make a decision. If we need the item returned, we'll provide you with a prepaid shipping label and instructions.
