This print-on-demand model means we don't keep inventory sitting in warehouses—we create your order after you place it.

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days before shipping. This is the time needed to print and prepare your items.

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons (holidays, major sales). We'll keep you updated via email throughout the process.

USA: 5-10 business days
Europe: 7-14 business days
International (Rest of World): 10-20 business days

Note: These are shipping times AFTER your order has been processed (2-5 business days).

We'll work with the carrier to investigate. While Silent Stasher is not responsible for delays due to customs or carrier issues beyond our control, we'll do everything we can to resolve the situation.

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide.

International shipping times are typically 10-20 business days (after the 2-5 day processing period). Please be aware that customs processing can occasionally cause additional delays.

If your order hasn't been processed yet, we can update it. Once an order is in production or has shipped, we cannot change the address.

Currently, we offer standard shipping only through our fulfillment partner Printful.
